| Entry Fee: | $80 per player (entry fee includes all cart fees after first round, range balls, lunch on Friday and Sunday for participants and prizes) |

| Eligibility: | Entry is open to male amateur golfers who have an USGA/Ghin handicap established at a CDGA member club. For private clubs, player must a member in good standing. Both team members must be from same CDGA member club. |
| Prizes: | Medals for semifinalist team members, trophies for champion and runner-up team members, traveling trophy to be displayed at CDGA member club represented by champion. |

Lowest combined team handicap index for team representing each CDGA member club not represented above (priority will be given if either team member qualifies for priority): Should the number of teams entered with priority exceed 32, Priority #6 will be reduced
